Export numbers

You get one CSV file with two columns: numero,departement. A share of the numbers comes without a department (0); the rest is split across the departments in proportion to their weight.

Only new numbers — leave out every number already exported today in the wizard (by anyone) and replace it with a new one. The first export of the day downloads today's lots once, which can take a few minutes. Mark numbers as used — real export: they won't come out again. Leave unchecked for a test.
